Price comparisons are based on usage up to 12,000 kWh and the utility's electric price to compare as understood by North American Power with rounding, but is always subject to change based on market conditions and does not include any price comparisons of any other suppliers; total bill prices will include utility delivery charges and prices are displayed in kWh. If you are removed from utility consolidated billing for any reason NAP reserves the right to bill you directly or terminate the supply agreement. It may take approximately 1 to 2 billing cycles before you start receiving NAP's service. In OH, NAP's applicable rate for Service shall be equal to the sum of: a) the costs incurred by NAP to provide the Service, through procurement in RTO-administered and/or other short-term markets, of all the supply and associated products that NAP requires to meet your electric generation supply requirements (including, without limitation, energy, imbalance energy, losses, capacity, transmission, ancillary services, alternative and renewable energy requirements, other RTO charges, taxes and any other required products or services); and b) up to $0.040 per kWh. *** $1 monthly earnings for fundraisers in the Fundraising Program is for front-line customers to the fundraiser beginning at the 4th billing cycle and depends upon the customer's usage. $5 up-front payment to the organization in the Fundraising Program is based off of front-line customers to the fundraiser using over 250kWh per month.
**** Under the NAP Mission to Millions program, NAP will make donations to participating charities based upon (1) the monthly usage of its participating electricity supply customers  the monthly usage of its participating natural gas supply customers (3) purchases of NAP's American Wind Certificate renewable energy credits. Specifically, NAP will donate (1) $1.00 for each monthly electric bill paidby a participating electricity supply customer for usage of 250 kWh or more - if the customer's usage is lower than 250 kWh for any given month, no donation will be made for that month,  $1.00 for each monthly natural gas bill paidby a participating natural gas supply customer for usage of 50 therms or more - if the customer's usage is less than 50 therms for any given month, no donation will be made for that month,and (3) $1.00 for each American Wind Certificate purchased by a participating customer. Donations are made to the participating charity selected by the customer. In the event that any charity ceases participation in the Mission to Millions program or ceases to be eligible to receive donations based on sales to residents of a particular state, NAP may select another charity to receive the donations that can no longer be made to the customer's selected charity under the Mission to Millions program.
